| We provide end of life care and comfort to those who are suffering from a terminal illness. Our Social Workers provide both residents and their families with bereavement support. Our trained and ocmpassionate nursing team provide relief from pain and dignified care in a private, homelike accomodation. We work closely with the physician to ensure the resident's wishes for their end of life are honored. We contract with various Hospice Providers who specialize in end of life issues. | |
