Third floor Unit within the Nursing Center
Presidential Oaks offers affordable assisted living care located on our Third floor Unit within the Nursing Center. This special unit has its own dining room, family room, kitchenette, and common sitting spaces. The Assisted Living Unit also has a private outdoor balcony patio with elevated gardens.
All of our Assisted Living rooms are private with their own bathrooms. We offer large and small size rooms, based on availability and pricing. Large rooms can accommodate two residents. This Nursing Unit is also shared with our Rehabilitation Unit, which allows added staff and supervision for our Assisted Living residents.
The Assisted Living unit also has dedicated activities staff that provide daily activities and events based on the needs of the residents. Presidential oaks have a private bus, which Assisted Living residents can enjoy for trips and events.
Our Assisted living residents receive three nutritious meals and unlimited snacks under the direction of our dietician and food service director. We offer themed meals and outdoor barbeques through the year.
All rooms have complementary satellite television, Wi-Fi Internet access. Daily housekeeping and laundry service is offered as well as room maintenance.

Who desire independent living
Presidential Oaks Assisted Living provides the same services and amenities as Retirement Living, but with the added care and comfort of more direct and continuous medical and professional assistance. It is the best choice for people who desire independent living, but have medical conditions that require increased attention.
With Assisted Living, we can also provide an alarm system to ensure the safety of individuals with cognitive impairments.
