Presidential Oaks Links Arms with Interim CEO and Administrator Dr. Lynn Carpenter

Dear Residents, Families and Friends,

First and foremost, we want to wish you all a happy and healthy Spring! Spring is a time of change, renewal and growth. With that being said, we are experiencing our own growth and changes!

This Sprin, we welcome Dr. Lynn Carpenter as Interim CEO and Administrator. This shift in leadership is going to take Presidential Oaks to a whole new level of care.

Lynn is a dedicated and compassionate leader with over 35 years of experience in the healthcare industry. She is the founder of Navlyn Resources, LLC, which is a company she established to serve the needs of skilled nursing facilities. In addition to her service work in long term nursing care, she is an adjunct faculty member in the Department of Health Management and Policy at the University of New Hampshire.

Lynn has been a licensed nursing home administrator for over two decades and she currently serves on the Board of Nursing Home Administrators! To say she knows her stuff is an understatement! Her educational background is extensive. Lynn received her Associate of Science in Dental Hygiene from New Hampshire Technical Institute; Bachelor of Arts in Human Services from Franklin Pierce College; Master of Health Administration from the University of New Hampshire and Doctor of Health Administration from the Medical University of South Carolina.Lynn has spent the last 20 years of her career to understanding the world of long term care and the work of non-profit nursing care organizations. We are fortunate and grateful to have her on board!

This welcome change is going to set us up for success, efficiency and growth in all our endeavors. All of us here at Presidential Oaks are looking forward to working with Lynn in helping us bring our mission to a new level of purpose, service and quality!
