Presidential Oaks Story
Presidential Oaks is also known as the New Hampshire Odd Fellows Home. It was founded 1883, and is a non profit continuing care community providing affordable, accessible living options for seniors. Fully-licensed, we have been a proud part of New Hampshire tradition for more than 125 years. We have never charged an entrance fee and all of our services are offered with a firm commitment to quality and value.
At Presidential Oaks, we offer a number of different living options to meet the changing needs of seniors. From Supported Retirement Living, Assisted Living, the Rehabilitation Center to Long Term Nursing Care – the Presidential Oaks community is a close-knit network of living areas and services that are conveniently located under one roof. It's all part of a continuum of care that enables us to guarantee that any service or level of care you may need is never more than an elevator ride away.
