Presidential Oaks offers a graduated program of paid time off based on length of continued service. Earned time is offered to full and part time employees with earning beginning on day one and becomes available after 90-day introductory period.

Paid Holidays
New Year’s Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Labor Day, Thanksgiving and Christmas. Plus, 3 floating holidays to be used throughout the year!

Defined Contribution Plan - 401(k)
Presidential Oaks offers a pre-tax and post-tax (Roth) 401(k) retirement program. The Organization has a matching contribution policy. Employees are eligible after working 90 days. You must also be 21 years of age.
Tuition Reimbursement
Tuition reimbursement is offered to full time employees after 1 year of service. Presidential Oaks offers up to $4000.00 per year.
