Life at Presidential Oaks: Sharon and Marjorie!

Sharon is our Resident Affairs Director here at Presidential Oaks. She has been here for 14 years! That is quite some time to be dedicated to your workplace! Sharon and her mother, Marjorie, are both NH natives and spent much of their lives in Manchester. Marjorie is the third family member of Sharon’s to reside here at the Oaks!

In her younger years, Marjorie enjoyed swimming in the ocean, square dancing, playing the piano and painting. She was an entrepreneur who owned two different salons. She also worked as a secretary for a time. Her adventurous side took her on a cross country trip with her husband to see more of the United States! You bet she sure did drive that tractor trailer!

When it came time, Sharon and her mom made the thoughtful, yet difficult decision to get Marjorie established in our Assisted Living residences due to mounting concerns regarding her health and overall wellbeing. Marjorie has settled into life here at Presidential Oaks and the biggest bonus of all is that Sharon is right here in the building most days!
