Ask anyone in the building who Tammy Martel is and you will see an instant smile stretch across their face! She is kind, compassionate, funny and highly skilled in nursing. In fact, she just graduated from school completing her course of study to become an RN! Our big news- Tammy recently accepted the role of Director of Nursing at Presidential Oaks! That’s worthy of double congratulations!
Tammy is no stranger to Presidential Oaks. In her new role as Director of Nursing we know Tammy is going to let her light shine on our staff and the residents. She has passion for people and for Presidential Oaks . . . She loves her team here and is thrilled to be in her role as Director of Nursing! We cannot wait to see what the future holds for Tammy here at Presidential Oaks, but what we do know is, we will see even more community being built into caring for others.
Education and more background . . .
Tammy Grew up on Cape Cod. She moved to New Hampshire in 2005. In her former career she was a kitchen and bath designer. She began working in healthcare in 2011 as and LNA. Tammy went on to earn her LPN License in 2013 Followed by her RN in 2025. She specializes in dementia and hospice. There are many noteworthy achievements in her past; recently winning the Long-Term Care Scholarship, being part of honor societies and more! What she is most proud of in her life is that in addition to these professional achievements, is that she is married to her best friend and they share a love of adventure, travel and dogs!
